    We faced constant issues with the WiFi, very unreliable throughout our time there. The outdoor area was poorly lit at night, which resulted in my daughter falling. After an unsettling experience with food poisoning, we were left questioning the hygiene standards of the meals. The amenities do not live up to the promised luxury.

    Loved this hip new hotel: delicious food and exceptionally nice staff. Wake-up service, available in my villa, was a nice bonus. It had stunning location, close enough to main Uluwatu restaurants, the beach, and the sea. It also was about to open a 2nd restaurant👍

    The Italian-inspired dishes at Acassa were a game-changer! Those flavors transported me straight to the Mediterranean. Plus, the cliff-top view of the ocean while dining was fine,-it's a must! The service was also great.

    Just had an amazing 3-night stay with my group of friends! We loved the spa and the beautiful outdoor pool. The staff, and the food was good. We also enjoyed a visit to a soulful grandstand-great for finding inner balance! Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!

    The only downside was a slight delay in our room service one evening, unexpected. We waited a bit longer than usual.
